Ohh, sorry for not pointing it out, it was the inside round edges, not the exterior of the frame.

Hey guys. Quick question... i used Paint.Net yesterday and i thought it was really good. But sometimes (due to my career) i think that i need a more professional solution, do you think it's worth spending 700$ in Ps CS5? because 700$ is actually 30$ more expensive than one of my semesters in the University (my semester is right now at 670$ if i pay ir right before starting it, if i ask for credit then the cost is 780$) still... do you think it's worth paying 700$ for PS? i could buy a new PC with 700$ xD

GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
free and open source and is just as good as Ps CS5

Think of GIMP as the open source Photoshop. I have use both for engineering and architectural drawings, give GIMP a try and see if you are pleased.

Gimp is WAAY better than pain.net! I would suggest you try gimp and then get urself photoshop after you have mastered Gimp. and watch all the tuts on youtube for gimp!

PooManUK( aka Nick) and I use Corel Draw Graphics Suite 5x. Got mine from E-Bay. Not nearly expensive as Photoshop.
Powerful tools included which I am starting to get a grasp of. Nick calls me his Old Geezer Student On the Loose!

Punkster mate, GIMP is as powerful as photoshop . A lot of professionals use it .... but it is a little bit difficult to operate, IMO .

If you want to buy a program, I'd suggest you to buy CorelDraw . It contains a vector editor and a bitmap editor (as you get Photoshop and Illustrator at once) , and not expensive like Adobe's programs. Moreover, there is Nick and all his wonderful tutorials life with graphics will be much easier

I would also like a sig please.
I like modern/contemporary so anything silvery/glossy black will work for me. Maybe have the inside a silver color and a slight black trim, no rounded edges.
Also a somewhat minimalist look would be decent.
For what my sig should include, would it be possible to write "Windows 7 User" with the start orb, but change the color scheme of the start orb to match the silvery/black theme?

Tried my hand for you..A very simple one. Violated the color combo, since the black and white concept made the sig look dull. Hope you dont mind
