Just come from another forum I belong to and there is a member there who was asking about an Avatar, he has one he likes it's a Polar Bear in Naval Uniform, the only problem is that the flag in the background is American and while he has no worries about that he's Canadian so would prefer to have the Canadian flag in the background. He has no idea how to go about changing the flag so I said I would make enquiries and see if I could get any help for him.
Can anyone give me some ideas what I can tell him.
