Ha, cool animation!

Today I finally managed to get rid of the ridges marking the curves of the noobvious's sig...I had fortunately saved the layers. There is still some raggedness on the very outside and inside of the bevel, but the inner curves are smooth now I decided to dump the preloaded PSE bevel effect and made my own following some of the steps in this GIMP tutorial (I did them in PSE without any problems).

So here it is - the Water sig revamped :-D And...yes, I do tend to be horribly nitpicky. Drives everyone mad, including myself.

thats really smooth now, i noticed the other one and can see the improvement

Lol, thanks guys! I've come across great suggestions in this thread and very helpful tutorials on the web - I'd not be able to do anything with image editing programs otherwise :-D

Nick: I actually popped into a few stores today and found the following:
CorelDraw Graphics Suite X5 student's version
CorelDraw Graphics Suite X5
CorelDraw Graphics Suite X5 Upgrade version

With the exception of the student's version, they're horribly expensive for a student :-/ And students' versions of anything tend to be skinny, so goodness knows what is missing in there...I think I'll stick with what I've got (PSE 9 and GIMP) :-D

Shop around a bit, I think Dennis got the full Corel X5 suite (this contains all the programs --- Corel Suite X5) for something like $90 (american)

Nick is spot on!
I went on E Bay and got it for $90.00
Whether it was a pirate version or whatever it loaded perfectly and had no issues with the software.
But the choice is yours and will depend or what/where you want to go with graphics.

Not sure if Nick has any hair on his head after teaching this old horse new tricks.
He was relentless in his help bringing me to where I am today and I haven't even scratched the surface.
That's my story and I am sticking to it.

I attached the image first and when previewing thought something is missing, so hunted for some fillers and in the mean time your bike raced in.

Oh no... he is way beyond headsets or HUD's ..... I think he has a toe or something plugged into an Internet LAN connection...maybe even glassfiber? That must suffice.

Gary and Mark, you guys are making me .... that's what the maximum that I can do with my slow internet connection In the part of the world where I dwell , bandwidth is not only highly costly, but also scarce . You cannot afford a speedy net connection, because it is not available there .... even if you are ready to pay :shock:

Edit : In the mean time, I tried to visit speedtest.net, but that page did not load at all :huh:

I've seen other members request sigs for other forums - in other words, simply ask to have the SevenForums logo removed or not embedded. Is there a specific theme you'd like for your "generic" sig? From what I can recall, you seem to prefer war themes and the radioactivity symbol included in the sig.
Any specific sig size constraints in the other forums you visit? Or is 650 x 150 px okay over there, too?

Well,I personally don't preffer that. That was choise from Archie,Dennis(THW) and other tallented members who make signatures for me.
For this forum,I don't need something like that. I have picture from donky,and my nick there should be.
Edit: saw that you have edited the post. For the dimensions: 500 x 200 or 9,8 kb...
