Custom Made Sig and Avatar

I like these very much, this one is my favorite:

Acting like a complete PITA, once again, I ask if you could do a couple of small changes:

• Word "Future" with a capital F
• Country orbs (GER and FIN) left, where you now have those state orbs, state orbs right
• Country orbs and Windows orb same size
