Custom Mouse Settings

I am running a new Win7 64bit Ultimate system and trying to configure my MS Explorer Mouse's custom button settings. On my XP systems I would just drop the custom menu, search for that explore command and add the functions to make the button open in the root directory. I can't figure this one out with the new Win7 structure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are not using MS Intellipoint 7.1 you should start there Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Hardware - Download Software

I am using 7.1 the problem is I can't find the explorer command in Win7. This is a custom setting on the Explorer Mouse buttons Thanks for the help I finally figured it out!
