The only real request I have for the gadget, is a black/dark theme. Thats all I need to make me happy.

Currently working on that.....

Not that good Have to figure out how to change the color of the main gadget. No as easy as it sounds

Ive just noticed that whenever I use the gadget that my cpu usage ( dual 3.0ghz ) shoots from an average of 11-15% to 60%, and my poor system kicks all the fans into overdrive... has anyone else noticed this increase??

Hi Tews,
I used to have that problem with my old machine. The fix for me was using process explorer (or other similar utility) to set the process priority to idle.

EDIT: The process in question is sidebar.exe

laptop is now at 177F

EDIT: lowering to idle helped a bit. now 170. when just gadget is sleeping 130F

You should be able to use Task Manager to do it as well. Open Task Manager, right click on sidebar.exe and set priority to "low".

A installer is available!

Extract the contents of the .zip and run "sevenforums.Gadget.gadget"
(click on the install button afterwards)
And you should see the gadget loading on you desktop/sidebar!
(users downloaded my previous installer should redownload this one)
