Looks very strange.It was as png and i modified as bmp with Irfan View.

I was afraid of that, try using this orb changer

did you try it with the originial png image or the one you made to a bmp through irfanview? try the original png i uploaded, that program accepts pngs.

I did. But like i said, error message came up.

did you read on the page i linked you to? at the bottom it says to go under advanced options and "check the Replace By Editing Resources option and try."
maybe that'll help, i'm not exactly sure.

Here you go, hope you like it.. Preview is a JPG (see below), actual Start Orb is the BMP in the RAR file attached to this post.

Not sure how you were planning to change it, but I'd recommend you use Windows 7 Start Orb Changer v4 by =Kishan-Bagaria on deviantART to change the Start Orb.

Can someone PLEASE make start orb with the logo of Darkmatter Subsapce like in this picture? You can see the orb in the first segment of the picture top left . Just so you guys understand i just want the orb no the theme or something .

No i meant that core like thing in blue-neon color that blue thing that you can see as a logo in the windows media player skin i modified the picture to show you what i was talking about (dont laugh at my photoshop skills ^^ , if i knew how to use photoshop i would had made my own start orb)

Let's say it works for now ....i was hoping to get that square around it too to look like its a poped out button , wanted to look exactly like in that picture ...but this works too until someone makes one better ( if someone will ;D)
