Can someone please make a start orb for me with this png. I found it on the net but it doesn't have any effects. I really don't know how to create or modify start orbs. Would be well appreciated if someone wold be willing to do something with this one for me.

Maybe with a dark grayish background? Maybe the orb outlined by a black color? Or framed like the old start button. Or an idea of your own! It would be really cool!

Does anyone happen to have a Vault Boy Start button (Fallout in general)? Or Elder Scrolls^^
For the Vault boy i mean something like this If only it was availabe as a Bmp, i could do it myself but.... I'd rather let the masters handle this
