Solved Custom theme, Need help changing color of a specific area!

Hello and thanks for reading, I need to know how to change the color of the big white bar in the screenshot below. The location of the white bar is the control panel page of Windows 7. My entire theme is red and black, as you hopefully can see. Honestly I would be fine with just making the bar disappear but preferably, I'd like to just make it black.

I'm sure the bar wasn't white before i installed my custom theme, but, I've been wrong before. Here's a direct link to the image if the one I posted doesn't work.

That is a Mr Grim theme that should have come with the extras for that and uses 7tsp to do it.

Hey Bongo** thanks for the response. That's not where i got the theme originally, it does however look like the original source. So I will look around in there a bit and get back to you.
