Solved Custom themes taskbar changes to windows classic

I installed custom themes a little while ago and have been using them ever since though when I booted up my laptop today the task bar was like that of a classic theme and I've no idea why. The sound and background are still the same. This only occurs when I switch to any of them the themes I've made however stay the same probably because the themes change the look of the task bar and start menu while the self made change only the colour.

Welcome to Seven Forums ArcaneZeta. Sorry for slow reply, out customization experts are busy elsewhere, or not active much any more You did patch your system to use custom themes? What method did you use?

If you do not have a lot of additional customizations, I'd suggest running the System File Checker which will return your files to default (and finad and fix any system files that have issues)

Then repatch your system, and try to apply one of your themes. See if that fixes the issue. If not, we'll ask some more questions, and try some other things
