Custom Windows 7 Wallpapers [continued]

Hey Guys how do you make these...? I'm very interested in knocking some up and posting them on Seven Forums for critque

I used Photoshop (30 day trial) Also you could try a free alternative Gimp

I already have Photoshop CS4 but what format do you use also what other info do I need to know before making them...?

Its just like creating a big picture..

choose a screen size ( for example I have been using 1680 x 1050 px ) and create your image.. then you can save it as jpg, png, gif or whatever.

My monitor is a 40" HDTV with a native resolution of 1920x1080. So most of my wallpapers are made at that resolution, unless someone asks for a custom resolution.

Here are the settings i use when creating a new Wallpaper:

Wow, that's really cool...can you make a couple with the strands fullscreen; one with 1680x1050 res and the other 1366x768?

the dragon image has been floating around the net for some time. I had a web site showcasing my work and a few people have claimed my work as their own. I have a few other images I would love to share but as I am also selling these as prints I wonder if posting them online would mean selling them wouldn't be right as I made them public domain online.
