Nope pal I used CorelDraw but you could obtain the same results with other graphics programs.
The font I used is Stellar Kombat (free download)

Incidentally - I've been meaning to ask... in the current Windows Seven Forum Logo, I noticed that the color scheme is (in a clockwise manner); yellow, Green, blue, red vs the former green, yellow, etc which more closely follows the the Windows convention. Is there a particular reason for the divergence?
