Customize right click--possible?

I have an incredibly useful feature with Firefox--'search google' after right clicking on a selected word.

I'd love to have the same 'search google' irght click option within Word and Outlook. Is there a utility that allows folks without programming knowledge to add this ability?

No--my intent is to trigger a google search on the selection.
