Hello i've been experiencing a few problems with my computer recently and one of them is that my D drive says is full when it is not. I don't know why.

My computer has two hard drives:
OS (C) with 74,5 Go
Data (D) with 204 Go

On my D drive, i only have music (21Go) and yet my computer says that the drive only has 1.32 Go free. I don't know why.

On the drive I also have two folders which i do not know what they are, my recycle bin (which i emptied) and a folder called windowsImage recovery which doesn't take any space
the two folders are
a7dbe2c5e19d8d28bfc5e9b7e7cf7b99 (24 Mo)
and
c2de1b7802c5c024540294 (2 Mo)

If anyone could help me out that would be really nice (knowing that my computer knowledge is limited)

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I tried it, and it tells me that the folder called WindowsImageBackup takes a lot of space as well as the ASUS folder which is essentially backups. Do you know if it's normal to have that much sapce filled with backups (i'm really scared to delete anything but it seams to me that over 100Go of backup is a lot).

The Windows Image is about 60 to 70% of the size of all the data that was imaged. And that can be more than the data on C if the bootmgr or some other system files are on another partition.

Not sure what the Asus backups are, but they are not needed if you have images.

You must have made the Windows Image yourself. Do you have any system files on other partitions than C and where is your bootmgr.

Btw: Images should be placed on an external disk and not on a partition of your HDD. What if that dies.
