Hey guys,

First time I've gotten onto a website like this, usually I can figure out what is wrong with my computer but since I've been getting 4-5 BSOD a day I knew it was time to admit I couldn't figure this one out! My computer will freeze up completely (image stays the same, mouse won't move), and nothing short of hitting the reset button will get any results. It happens during gaming, during internet browsing, during music listening, and while my computer is sleeping. I replaced the memory sticks, but to no effect.

Here are my system specs:
Windows 7 Pro, x64
(Purchased online through student website, upgraded from Windows XP about 1 year ago)
Rebuilt this computer...2.5 years ago? I think, not entirely certain.
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
NVidia GeForce 8800 GT
2GB crucial memory (can look up exact version if required)
MSI P6n SLI Platinum MoBo
500gb HD (again, can look up specs if necessary)

Have attached the requested BSOD materials. The perfmon report is inside the folder and is labeled "Computer Report.html"

Any help would be very, very much appreciated, and my thanks to anyone who takes a look!

Sean

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Fixed...for now?

Thanks for directing me to that link! I was overclocking my processor, and since I reset all it's values to default I haven't had a crash! So thank you again for taking a look at my problem!
