I haven't looked in for quite a while, but I still see posts about Win 11 registry analysis, checks and editors.
Leave the registry alone - Win 11 can take care of it.
There are many apps on the internet that say they can improve, defrag and edit the registry.
All of them will cause you many problems - leave them alone, do not install.
