Solved Dark rectangular image flashes before webpage loads

I'm using Chrome Browser with Google homepage. When I click on a bookmark, sometimes a dark rectangle will flash on the screen before a webpage loads. It's not a huge problem or anything, I just worry that it may mean a keylogger, etc. I'm not running Adblock or any other Chrome extensions.

I deleted a custom theme and the problem went away. So happy it was not another keylogger.
