Data access problem

I installed Windows 7, and on another partition I save data from your old XP.Now I can not access most of these data.
When i try to access them i get this error

What should i do?

Run Photoshop as Admin

I try both solution but not working. I take ownership of folder/image but when i try to open it it say that i need permission from Server/Windows7 user. That is my administration account which I use.
