Hello,

Have used spreadsheets like Excel, but never a "true" database.

Have a file with a .db extension.

Is there a really simple general program/database (free ?) viewer that I can use to get an idea of what it
contains ?

Or, must one use a particular database to view it, as the same that created it ?

Thanks,
Bob

The .db extension is too generic, so many programs use it for its own purposes, unlike other extensions that have a clear meaning (like .xls for Excel or .jpg for pictures).
From where came that file from? Has any indication of any particular format?
