deactivation windows 7 & Office 10 keys?

I will be receiving my new hard drive tomorrow and I wish to install my Windows 7 Pro on it. I will be uninstalling Win7 from my old hard drive and returning it to NewEgg.

Do I need to do anything to to Win 7 & Office prior to uninstalling so I won't have any issues with reusing the same keys on the new HD?

I didn't when I got my new hard drive. Since its the same computer with the same mother board worst case scenario I see is you having to activate by phone.

I was not sure if there was a process in Win7 & Office that allowed me to deactivate the key before wiping the old drive clean and reinstalling it on the new HD. I normally do as you stated. Figured I ask before I start.
