Default Gateway Modem

Well recently my network was compromised ( Confirmed by my ISP, Time Warner Cable) and I believe they reset my internet this afternoon. But the problem is I cannot connect to my default gateway of 192.168.0.1 . It shows up as ( Image will be below). I tried factory resetting two times but nothing seems to change. Through ipconfig it also tells me that my default gateway is 192.168.0.1

Hi MarsXTC,

Please check if you are able to ping the default gateway from command prompt. Also, boot the system to safe mode with networking and then try to access the router page:
