Windows stores folder thumbnails for Music Folder like this:
  • AlbumArt_{49F52575-522F-471B-9505-999E80C0C83A}_Large.jpg
  • AlbumArt_{49F52575-522F-471B-9505-999E80C0C83A}_Small.jpg
  • AlbumArtSmall.jpg
  • Folder.jpg
To remove the "Icon" as shown in your screenshot, try this:
  1. Open Explorer
  2. Click "Folder and search options"
  3. Click the "View" Tab
  4. Click "Show Hidden files, folderrs and icons"
  5. Un-check "Hide protected operating system files"
  6. Navigate to you "Downloads" folder
  7. Find and delete the 4 image files that match the filenames shown above (the GUIDs of the first two will be different)
  8. Go back to your user profile folder, and check if the "Icon" no longer contains the album art
