No Video Signal after POST until Windows Log-in stage.
It takes 11 minutes for the Log-in screen to appear after POST. I have attached the windows Logs for easy reference.

I would be grateful if any suugestion can be given to remove/eliminate 11 minutes time delay to Log-in.

I have performed clean boot. I have turned off all the processes except microsoft process. Removed all the programs from startup menu. Still no improvement in performance. Computer still takes about 11 minutes to show log-in screen.

It would appear that the majority of the delay occurs when this item is listed:

08:05:19 The Shell Hardware Detection service entered the running state.

I'm no expert on the subject, but this reminds me of what happens when the BIOS has trouble detecting some hardware, such as a harddrive, flash drive, etc. I would open the case and disconnect everything possible, except the harddrive that the OS is installed on, the RAM, video card and of course the power supply, and then boot and see if the delay remains. If so, then I'm probably wrong. If not, then reconnect the components one at a time, until you find the one causing the problem.

Hi Carl,

What are your specs? If your board has on-board graphics, remove the card and use that instead to see if it makes any difference. Try with just one stick of RAM inserted in the first slot (the one nearest the CPU).
