One of my friends thought it would be funny to block the printer from all users. Is there any way that i can uninstall it? I have tried through the device manager, it doesnt work

Do you mean you get "Access denied" message when you try to uninstall in the device manager?

Open the printers folder, right click on the printer, select Run as administrator, delete. You may be asked to enter your credentials.

Also, is this a local printer or a networked one?

You may also try a system restore, to get to a point before the troubles.

yes it is a local printer and yes the "Access denied" message is popping up, the run as administrator selection is not available either.

Without the Run as administrator menu selection, you can try the following:

Click on Start button-All Programs-Accessories-Command Prompt, Right Click on Run as Administrator

Open Task Manager and terminate the explorer.exe process

From the elevated command prompt type explorer.exe (this is now the explorer running in elevated)

Open the printers folder and delete the printer.
