Delete Partition

Hi All,
I know this posting has been started at various different threads, but I am utterly confused. I was running Windows Vista on my C drive and had purchased Windows 7. Prior to installing Win 7, I partitioned my C drive (since it was one giant drive) and made a new one and labeled it H. I then went on to install Windows 7 on the H drive, which went smoothly. Now I'd like to delete the partition that contains Vista. However, I am not able to delete it and I get an error. I have attached the screen shot of my disk management. If someone could explain how I could go about in order to delete the C partition, that would be wonderful. I again apologize for starting this thread if someone else has posted the same thing elsewhere.

Welcome to SF AHR :D

you cannot delete this partition as it's primary and contains the boot files. You can either boot from the DVD clean install on C: and use migwiz to transfer files and settings from H: to C: and then delete H:
Or you can follow the quite complicated process of switching here.

(There's probably a more recent relevant thread if you search for it!)
