delete shortcut dialogue box

when i enter my computer icon or other folder and by closing it when renter that file or folder 'do you want to delete this shortcut" this dialogue box are showing continiously.and when i want to stop it with task manager it doesn't work then.to solve this i reinstall windows 7 to my computer.but this problem is not gone from my computer.what can i do now?

Sorry, I'm afraid that I don't understand your description of the problem that you are having. Could you please restate the problem - maybe using screenshots that show each window that you see.
