Hi
metaguy,
Is it okay to delete temp and tmp files?
I personally do at least once a week using
Extended Disk Cleanup,
CCleaner and
Glary Utilities [both FREE versions].
I hope this helps!

Don't delete any temp files which are from your current Windows session. Reboot the computer, then delete all temp files dated yesterday and older.
