Solved Deleted user account, cannot remove files

I deleted a user account I was using for testing and decided to keep the files, now there is a folder permanently stuck in my desktop which I cannot remove.

If for some reason Samuria's great idea is not accepted by the computer or Windows; create a Puppy Linux usb or dvd boot, and use its file manager to delete that pesky folder.
