Hello all,

I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate.
I had WinXP and really know how to handle them real good.

When I am at windows explorer and delete some files they don't disappear unless I refresh the folder.
Why is that?

PS:Can I ask other questions here, too instead of creating a new thread?

Thank you for your time.:)

What files are you trying to delete?

If you are the 'Administrator', you can right click and choose to "take ownership", then delete.
If a file is in use, you will have to stop the file from running using 'Task Manager', then boot into safe mode and delete the file's folder.

If this is a program that you downloaded, then uninstall it before deleting the folder (which will delete the file in it).
