Deleting Game From "Games" List

Hello,

I uninstalled a game, but it's still showing up under the Games list. This isn't a huge issue or anything, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to remove it. The game icon doesn't show anymore, just that icon of a page with an open program with a bunch of colorful icons. It's under the category of "Unspecified" and doesn't do anything when I left click it, double click it, or right click it.

Delete it from start menu programs

Go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\GameExplorer\
and look inside the (sub)folder and find your game and delete that folder...
