Deleting of Partition

I want to format my full Hard disk using window 7 disk, I am trying but it doesnt show the partition delete option. I want to merge full hard disk into one volume and then i will creat the partiton. I did it before from the same DVD but this time no. Please tell me if you know...

You may have better success using the free MiniTool Partition Wizard. Left column shows common partition operations.

Thanks for suggestion,
there are so many tools, but i think i cannot delete the window partition. Tell me any bootable tool so that i can write that into DVD then i hope i can format full hard disk?

You must boot the Win7 DVD for it to show the Drive Options in Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7.

Choose Delete for each partition, then create New and Format.
