Solved deleting startup programs?

i know i way to disable it, but is there a way to completely delete startup programs?

You can disable by way of clean boot
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Depending on the program you can uninstall to remove.
Go to control panel, programs and features and see what can be uninstalled.
That being said, I would not do it, just disable. If you must uninstall, be sure that you know the consequences of you actions.

You can use the tutorial below to remove the startup programs. However, as Richard pointed out above, I would recommend that you only disable them first to see if everything still runs ok. If so, then you can delete them.
