Solved deleting system files ? ? ?

Had to do a reinstall of Win 7 Pro and now I want to delete the Windows.old folder.
I am the only usr on this system, and the OS says I need permissions to delete.
(see screenshot attached of folder I want to delete). Can someone assiste me in deleting this folder? Thanks.
