how do i do that?

open my computer and right click e:...look down and choose format. click OK at the warning and it's done. This will wipe ALL data from that drive so make sure you don't have anything on it that you don't have backed up

Windows 7 has this peculiar habit of naming the first drive something other than C if XP is installed first and you run Windows 7 setup from the DVD. So make sure E isn't actually C with your XP installation or you will trash your boot files. I don't think 7 will let you format it if this is the case but you may want to double check.

Haha! You peeked. Why so nosey?
OS
XP / Windows 7 Pro RTM
1 other option could be to boot from the Windows 7 DVD & click install, then custom. You can then delete the partition & re-add it and exit the installer.
   Tip
In some cases you may need to perform a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html to re-apply some boot manager options

   Warning
Please make sure that it is the correct partition you are deleteing before continuing as partition deletetion cannot be undone

Hope this helps :)
