Solved Delinquent Desktop

Hello, again. My Desktop icons are not showing up on my Desktop. The task bar icons are there and the screen saver is there, but no Desktop icons. I hit the "Show Desktop" button a few times, but nothing. I tried "Refresh", but nothing. I restarted a few times, but nothing. I opened the Desktop folder and all the icons are in it and they are all functioning properly. I used the "Send To" button to create an icon for a program that didn't have one and it was created in the "Desktop Folder" but not on the Desktop itself. Can someone please help? Thanks.

you've tried right-click on desktop >> view >> show desktop icons?

I did... NOW!!! My icons are back and I feel like a jerk! Kinda reminds me of that old saying about not being able to see the forest through the trees.LOL Thanks, Dude, and Happy New Year!
