Hi,

I really need help on this please. My dell 1525 laptop stopped connecting to my wireless connection at home. My gadgets: phone and tablet can connect and detect the wifi but my laptop just can't. It happened after I had an issue with my internet connection.it was not really down but some apps wont work and my outlook was showing offline.there was really something wrong with the connection.so i called my isp , the connection went back, i was able to see that my outlook worked and i can browse. however , my laptop stopped recognizing my home wifi network. it did recognize my neighbor's though, and also i tried connecting it through my celphone's hotspot and it did recognize it as well. I run the trouleshooting for windows and it said about the problem is the ethernet, it might be broken or what. Obviously, I was trying to connect to a wireless connection so the troubleshooting didn't fix the problem.Everything seems, updated, I can connect using the ethernet cable and I updated the drivers.

Please I really need your help on this. I tried calling back my isp and they could just not help. Nothing. I need the laptop for my work.

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums ... Your Wireless Card is not listed in the Device Manager ? ...Did you Update the Driver through Windows ? ... Which Wireless Card do you have there are several on the Dell Website ... But there are only Vista Drivers available ...
