Solved Dell C521 Will not boot

My SFF Dell C521 will not boot to its HardDrive. But when i put the same harddrive in my Dell XPS 410, it boots with no problems.

I have had this OS on the C521 before, and it worked just fine.\

The farthest it will boot is when the Windows flag is just forming, then restarts the pc.

I have no idea why its doing this. Any ideas?

SPECS:
Windows 7 Home Premium x64

AMD Athlon X64 Dual Core Processor 2.0GHz 3800+

2.5GB Unbuffered DDR2 RAM

PCI SLOT 1 Empty; 2 Empty; 3 Network Card

Hitachi HDS725050KL 500GB HDD

Sony CRX310S CD-RW/DVD ROM

Integrated Video Card Memory Size: 128MB

Did this same hard drive boot on this computer before? Without making any changes to it. The problem could be that it has different drivers and chipsets for the both pc's

Yes, it did it worked just fine. With both Windows 7 x64 And XP x32

Stopped at CLASSPNP.SYS And Rebooted.

Actually you need Startup Repair if WIn7 won't start.

Make sure the Win7 or it's 100mb System Reserved boot partition is marked Active first: Partition - Mark as Active (Method Two)

If there's a driver that's blocking it from starting it might also be remedied by plugging the HD in and booting into Paragon Adaptive Restore CD to run P2P Adjust on the OS to adjust it to boot on any hardware.

Well, i had to re install Windows 7, which isnt a big deal for me, but now when i try to enter the name of my pc, it wont recognize my mouse or keyboard, i have tried several, and even different USB ports.

It could take a small bit of time to recognize the usb mouse and keyboard. Leave it there for a couple of minutes

i have, its been sitting for 10 minutes at least.

Ive seen some take up to 15 minutes even on high end pc's. It can just take a while to load the driver's. Does it work in BIOS?

Wait, it works now, i may run into the CLASSPNP.SYS problem again, because Startup Repair did NOT fix it.
