Dell DVD drivers needed.

My laptop has this drive:
TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-L732D ATA device
The lap is a Dell Inspiron E1505

7 works great on it and the drive is recognized but doesn't read and write as a DVD.
Couldn't find em on the Dellsite.

Any thoughts?

Try this:

Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

Yikes, looks like it just is not reliable.
