Can you verify the INSPIRON model number? Looking at the Dell downloads, there is no "5010n" model listed.
HERE is the Dell downloads. Enter your service tag number and it will list the available downloads. Dell does not support Windows 7 on many of the older models, however if there is a Vista driver that should work OK on Windows 7.

Here is the support page for your laptop. Dell N5010 Drivers They only have Windows 7 64-bit and Windows Vista 64-bit drivers for it and I didn't see anything about the webcam. Is your webcam integrated into your laptop or is it separate?

Can you see an exclamation mark (!) beside the webcam/imaging/other devices category in the device manager. If yes, then right click on it and then click on "properties". After that, go to the details tab and select "Hardware ids" from the drodown menu. You might see more than one hardware ids. Copy the first id. Now, open www.devid.info and paste the hardware id in the search bar of that website. You will get your driver!! Please share the result with us.
