I wont post any "news", since aperantly some people can and others cant. Just pointing to THIS post. Same happened to Dell few hours ago, just ~month later :)

That thread doesn't say anything about Dell. SoLoR says that the same thing happened with Dell OEM keys a month after.

i think presenting news on leaked OEM keys or talking on this type of news should not be restricted. If media are allowed legally to do it without hurting MS then why not we?

under the above circumstances I don't think we are going to break any IPR or copyright ACT.

News reports would probably cover that such a thing occurred (or is occurring).

They don't tell you exactly what it is, where to obtain it, or how to try using it.

But it is interesting that another is apparently out there now. Their whole activation scheme and the way it conflicts with the needs of OEM's so that stuff like this results would sure indicate they need to figure out some better way of doing things.
