Hi denwilliam,

Intel Wireless N 2230 supports b/g/n at 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz as well. It should be able to connect to the printer as well which works on G mode.

If it is a Dell Printer once it is connect to the Network(Router) all the devices connected to the router should be able to access the printer.
