Demorando muito para fazer logoff ou reiniciar.

Quando eu vou desligar o computador, reiniciar ou fazer logoff aparece uma janelinha e nela aparece [FINALIZANDO PROCESSO] e em baixo o icone do programa, quando acaba de carregar ela fecha mais depois abre outra com o icone de outro programa, aparece este FINALIZANDO PROCESSO em uns 6 programa diferentes.. Porfavor me ajudem. : Confuso:

Taking too long to log off or restart.

When I shut down the computer, restart or logoff a small window pops up and it appears [FINALIZING PROCESS] and below the icon of the program, when you just load it closes more then opens another with another program icon, appears this FINISHING PROCESS in about 6 different program. Please help me. : Confused:

My best guess is to run TDSSKiller and a good malware scanner like MBAM Free and then AdwCleaner.

Meu palpite é executar TDSSKiller e um bom scanner de malware como MBAM livre e, em seguida, AdwCleaner.
