Desktop background stops shuffling?

I have about 20 pictures that do a slideshow theme on my desktop. I have it set to Shuffle. However, there are times that it gets stuck on just one picture and stops shuffling and has to be reset to shuffle???

I've noticed this behaviour occasionally before. I'm not exactly sure what the trigger is. Saving the theme then selecting it seems to put a halt to this; seems like it only happens when the current settings aren't saved?

Saving the theme fixed it for me as well, on my laptop.

This is strange. The theme I am using is an "unsaved" theme. However, when I right click it, change its name, click save...it is not saved. Perhaps I ahve to reboot to have it saved?

Saving themes seem a little wonky. Try using the "Save theme" link to save your theme instead of rightclicking. You shouldn't need to reboot either, the theme should appear right away after saving.

I must say my experience of the Personalization functions have not been very good.

You are so right about wonkiness. I have used "save" in the past and it worked. At the moment, neither "save" or the link work....
