First point to make is that I have removed the Hibernation feature from my computer.

When I leave my computer idle for a few hours while I'm at school and come home, often times I find my computer to be in a state of hibernation where my monitors are in powersave mode and never turn back on with neither my mouse nor my keyboard.

My desktop case has a "Restart" button on it, and when I use it, it hangs at the Motherboard/BIOS splash screen. I have to hold the power button to fully turn off my computer and then turn it back on for it to boot properly.

Also worth mentioning is that my power options is set to High Performance, so my computer never sleeps.

In Power Options do you have "Turn off the display" set to Never?
If not, try setting that to Never.
