Desktop Icon Missing

Ok, so I think iobit360 internet security program might be flawed. This program is really starting to piss me off because the desktop icon it has changes to the "missing icon image" after a little while on my computer. Anybody know how to permanently fix this? I have tried uninstalling and installing back again like 3 times. Please help!
