Desktop Icon Problem

On ervery shortcut i create, there's always that other icon in front of it ;s
Very irritating..
i use windows 7 extreem edition, an costumizated version of the ultimate, i delete a file that manages icons in the explorer, that's ok, everything works fine except the desktop icons

Help plz

That would appear to be an overlay, just like the standard shortcut arrow. Have a look at this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3606-shortcut-arrow-remove-restore.html to see if it can solve your problem.
