Desktop Icons shaking/blinking

I have a new HP computer with Windows 7, Periodically the desktop and icon start to shake. I have no idea why.

If you fill in your system specs via the User CP link at the top of the page, it will make answering your question easier. Also once filled in we will not have to ask and you won't have to fill the info in for each question. You can see what kind of info is useful by looking at my and others system specs. Also, Type 'device man' (no quotes) in the start menu search bar and hit enter. Under display adapters, right click on your video adapter and select properties. On the driver tab, let us know what version you are using.

I have only had the computer a week and yes it has been doing it all along. It seems to happen when I am surfing the net. I am using Firefox.
