Desktop Icons Urgent PLEASE

For some unknown reason this morning all my desktop icons have changed to the CCleaner icon and which ever one I select it opens up the CCleaner.
PLEASE How do I get this back to normal,Have tried system restore with no luck.
Windows 7 Home premium.
Please please.

Thanks both.Have done a scan.Also tried the second option.They are all whit icons now whichever one i click on it opens up the same program.

Try uninstalling ccleaner.

For some reason ccleaner has been set as the default program to open everything is my guess.

Hmmmmmmmmm....... o.k. then. I thought rebuilding the cache might do it, try this it SHOULD work.

Start Menu > type in regedit > go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\
look for the .INK extension > delete the .INK or the userchoice key > Then reboot.

Just found some info,My granddaughter pressed some key on the keyboard last night while the CCleaner was open.
I have now un installed the ccleaner and all the icons are now all white but when I select one to open with the program all the icons open the same program.
Any Help here please.
