Desktop is Left to Right, not top and down.

I Did something wrong. Anyway, my desktop pages are left to right so I have to tilt my head at an angle to read or to watch videos.
I figured out how to move the task bar.
But I need help moving the pages so they appear top down.
They currently have the first line appearing on the left of the screen going vertically up from bottom to top.

Not clear what you are saying. Could it be this
