desktop issue

Hi Everyone,

I have connected my PC to a TV via HDMI cable. My Pc runs windows 7/ 64 bit. The problem is: when I open a window or IE page or any folder and turn the TV off and put it back on, the all windows in which were already opened, get smaller and moved. this will also happen to all my icons which I personally scatter them everywhere on desktop. however, once I turn the only pc on and off, nothing would chage.
Q? would you please to direct me how to fix this problem up?

When you shut the TV off the computer doesn't realize that it is still connected to the so all of the icons and windows go back the computers native display.

Thanks for you advice, but is there a way to make up this problem?
